Set up and use
How it works.

Mount the housing
Fix the housing inside the sink cabinet, near the cold water supply.
- 02
Connect the supply
Connect to the cold water line with the installation kit supplied. Many customers use a plumber.
- 03
Fit the tap
Install the filtered water tap on the bench or sink.
- 04
Flush and use
Flush the new cartridge as the manual describes, then pour filtered water from the tap.
Cartridge replacement
Change every 6 months.
Biotect Ultra is rated for 2,300 L or 6 months, whichever comes first. Fluoride pre-filters every 3 months.

Do I need a plumber?
The installation kit is included. Many customers use a plumber to connect it to the cold water supply.
Does it remove fluoride?
No. For fluoride, see the HIP DUO with the 9B04 pre-filter.
